• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Review Contest deux Cigar 2!!!!!!

It was a beautiful, but hot day here in Texas as I sat down to enjoy cigar #2. This cigar looked tasty with a nice medium dark wrapper and a sweet smell with a touch of cocoa. I clipped off the tip and the prelight draw was perfect with a slightly sweet taste on my tongue. As I started...

    Rum!

I am an appletons fan as well, as a mixer, but if you are drinking it strait I have to say Ron Zacapa 23 is far superior, IMHO. My go to rum is One Barrell.

    iphone

I love my iPhone, I am in the beta testing for 2.0 and the exchange support works fairly well, they also fixed a few other anoying things that 1.4 had, and SDK will provide all the apps the iphone is currently lacking. Cant wait for the 3G, but keep in mind you can buy one for $399 now, Jail...

Cohibas, Do you bang them for your buck?

IMHO, Cohiba are not worth the price, I like the VI, and Secretos, but they are not something I usually buy boxes of, I like to keep a few around but not my regular smoke.

    Review Contest deux Cigar 1!!!!!!

Cigar 1 is a fairly nice looking Double Corona, looks to be the classic Cuban DC size of about 7 5/8 x 49. It's a little veiny, but silky to the touch with a nice looking triple cap. It is a beautiful memorial day here in Texas so I decided to head to my upstairs balcony to enjoy this cigar. I...

    Tatuaje Black Label

I have smoked a couple, they are pretty good smoke, there may be some aging potential, they are just a touch harsh. I have not been able to get a hold of a jar, if I ever do I will age them, but since I have only been able to get 6 so far, I am going to smoke 'em up...

I prefer guillotine to scissors, and IMO Palio is the best. If you really want scissors, you are probably going to need to up your budget, the SAK Wegner are nice and pocket size, but over $100, I have a pair of Davidoff scissors that are nice and work great, but they are over $200. I have found...

Welcome to the board http://www.cigarmony.com/ Pick up a Palio or Xikar cutter, I prefer Palio but Xikar look cool, and an Old Boy or ST. Dupont lighter. Its a little over your budget though. A good pair of cigar scisors are pretty expensive, I have the revolution triple blade scisors...
