RyJ Short Churchill, I really enjoy these nearly ROTT, perhaps as little as a month or two is good for me.

The theory runs that you try to match your smoking areas humidity to reduce cracking when making such changes. As little as 5% has been theorized to greatly reduce cracking. That is the theory I've heard others throw around anyway, I personally keep mine at a steady 65% year round.

'99 and '00's have been nothing but problems for me, which seems to be what others have run into as well. Other than that, it's really a gamble if you weren't the one that did all the aging, never know what a cigar has been through.

Strange, my test stick tasted very young. Will try again in a couple weeks, hopefully they just weren't calmed down from shipping.

I'm not a real big fan of the LE10, but they are definitely different from the other sticks. If it's going to leave a lasting impression on the wallet, then skip them, if you're just interested in trying them, then buy. At the very least, they are good trading/gift sticks.
