Spoke to the Bourbon rep at liquor shoppe this afternoon. Weller 12 is done for the year, he thinks. He was getting 3 bottles a week for the last 6 weeks and now nothing. Antique 107 and Reserve sales are up 70% at the store in last six months.

Cool, @Tennessee Dave! I went there to pick up a bottle of EH Taylor Small Batch. That's a good little shop off the radar here in the city. But they had a one-bottle-per-customer limit on Antique! They receive a six-bottle allocation every once in a while, and the stuff flies off the shelf...

Nope, in reference to Weller Special Reserve and Weller Antique, man. A 65% increase in the last three months.

A store owner here in San Francisco told me Weller SR and Antique sales are up 65% at his store, because the other stuff is so rare. Not sure what that means.

Was it also easy to find the Antique Collection line as well, because that stuff is as hard to find as Pappy.

I've got three shops I visit regularly because they're on my bus line. So I just stopped in looking for something new. I always inquire whether they got any hard-to-find stuff in lately. The girl said, "Do like Weller 12 Year?" I just missed it last week at the other shops by two and four hours...
