2 fuse boxes are under hood
Third is located in driver side kick panel
Forth is located in passenger side kick panel

Since shift was locked, also consider fault in the anti-thieft system. The fuse is one of them I suggested checking in the aforementioned "fuse check list", #15.

Well, no owners manual, and the fuses aren't numbered, so I'm having to go based on the abbreviations.
Also, I was wrong, Ls 430, not gs.... :/
Having hell trying to find the Drl relay, nothing tagged that.

Had a bad abs fuse. Replaced that. Gonna check that, start it up, see if it's better, then try the 50 key turns trick...

Look anything like this? ABS could be it.

What's the status now?
Seems like the abs fuse was the culprit.

Most of the error lights are cleared and the power seems to be back. Out of limp now. Radio, navigation and climate control are all ghosts. He's gonna try to get it home tomorrow.
