How do you pick your DE razorblade?

If you look on a derby brand blade it has the numbers 1,2,3 and 4 on the four sides of the blades for rotation.

Ok I see the numbers but not to sound dumb what do they mean and what's your approach to blade usage and life.

To op who asked about blade rotation. I throw em away after a week. Can it be flipped over and another few shaves. Yes. But they're cheap enough that I just grab another one.

I don't mess with blade rotation either. When I start to feel a little tugging or pulling. I toss it for a new blade.

Take a drawer in your bathroom and fill it with porn. She will get mad once when she sees it but then will never open the drawer again. You can now keep lots of shaving gear in there and she will never notice.

The bonus? If she does look in your drawer o'porn and sees a razor, she will be significantly creeped out that she probably will just slam the door shut and wonde what the hell you're up to.
