  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Pizza looks great. Have you thought about grilling 'em? It's actually pretty easy and a fun thing to do. All you need to do is give your grill a good cleaning, make your dough, and instead of putting it in the sheet pan <baking sheet> put it on the back of it...when the grill is hot (maybe med temp, so the pizza dough doesn't burn) and the dough is ready, slide it off onto the grill. Close the cover, and grill for about 5 mins, and your pizza shell is ready as if you had baked it in the oven.
