I got the dough resting right now. The instructions are really great!

Sauce is ready, oven is hot, pepperoni and onion are sliced, cheese grated, almost ready to go.

This is the first pizza I have ever made from scratch.....it is FANTASTIC!

We have a bread machine so making the dough is really easy

Pizza looks great. Have you thought about grilling 'em? It's actually pretty easy and a fun thing to do. All you need to do is give your grill a good cleaning, make your dough, and instead of putting it in the sheet pan <baking sheet> put it on the back of it...when the grill is hot (maybe med temp, so the pizza dough doesn't burn) and the dough is ready, slide it off onto the grill. Close the cover, and grill for about 5 mins, and your pizza shell is ready as if you had baked it in the oven.
