I haven't received a call, but I emailed them 10 days ago and Kristy responded within 12 hours and it was understandable. I'm not worried about getting everything processed. Corona seems top-notch, so don't worry people! This will not be another 3JC's ordeal (or so I hope)!

Could be something as simple as not leaving a phone number or maybe the wrong number. I never got a call but received shipping info with tracking number. G1

Looks like they are contacting people as they ship/in the order they were received. I ordered at 12:57 so I am hoping I am pretty close to having mine shipped.

Don't even remember when I ordered but it was definitely later than most I"m thinking as about 20-30 min after I ordered, the min went from a suggestion of 2 boxes to a definite 1. G1

OK just checked, when did these go on presale? I ordered on the 18th around 2pm.

Still no call, but I'm not that worried, given the way that they did the preorders I have a feeling that there will be enough boxes to go around. Still, waiting for them to arrive is the hardest part. Cue the soul asylum...

It is true. I believe they said all preorders were guaranteed a box. Still, I am not known for my patience.
