Here’s one I rolled in January and smoked yesterday. Turned out pretty good. Bunched it a little off and the burn was off on one side. Over all I liked it.

For cap cutters I use copper pipe fittings (usually a straight coupling). They cost a couple of bucks and you can get different sizes. They are easily sharpened with a grinder or just a hand file.

One way to get a smooth stick is to start with a smooth doll from the mold:


Easy, when you use wrapper for your binder.

Most wrapper batches include binder-worthy leaves.
