Where do you find salmon like that for 12 bucks in this area?
Smoked salmon today. I love how easy it is to smoke salmon. It's also great to be able to feed my wife and I for dinner and then lunch for a couple of more days for $12. Of course a little for my 2 dogs. They go more crazy for salmon than they do steak.

Wish we had costco down here. We got sams club and walmart.
Not to detract from the rest which looks delicious, but those jalapeno poppers!And I'm done and having the meat sweats.
Always a crowd favorite! Definitely one of my favorite things to make. Only take an hour in the smoker then about 15min under the broiler to crisp the bacon.
What kind of filling do you use? Straight cream cheese? I like to mix some garlic powder, cheddar shreds and green onion.
I use pretty much the exact same thing. Always turns out great.
