Smoked salmon today. I love how easy it is to smoke salmon. It's also great to be able to feed my wife and I for dinner and then lunch for a couple of more days for $12. Of course a little for my 2 dogs. They go more crazy for salmon than they do steak.

8+lb pork shoulder going on for the night with some pecan. Also smoking some green chile for a green chile aioli that will go on the pulled pork sammiches. Gonna do up some ribs and chicken tomorrow. My daughter and her friends better enjoy this for her party tomorrow. If not I will enjoy it for a while. Lol

2 racks of ribs just got tossed in the box with some pecan chunks. Prepping ABTs and will do some cheese stuffed mushroom caps in there too

Pork shoulder is done. Ribs are in the foil and I have ABTs and stuffed mushrooms going in next. Forecast: 100% chance of fat

Always a crowd favorite! Definitely one of my favorite things to make. Only take an hour in the smoker then about 15min under the broiler to crisp the bacon.

I use pretty much the exact same thing. Always turns out great.
