The damn things jiggled like jello when I pulled them from the cooker. I knew I was in for a treat. I found a restaurant supply store that is open to the public and their meat is incredible and priced insane.

That's awesome. We decided this is the last year we are gonna do a pig. Found a place that will do a whole pig for $350. We were over $500 for this last one. Plus they have half a cow for $950 out the door. Those hoots like to wheel and deal...
