4x standing alternating curls 35lbs / double tricep kickbacks 35lbs

4x spider hammer curls 30lbs / single tricep kickbacks 35lbs

1 speed set x 50 standing alternating curls 10lbs

Pulled lat muscle with a moderate chance of a tear. Two weeks of no pulling or lifting up with my arm.

What kills me is, it wasn't the lifting that got me. It was the recovery stretching. That is when I felt the pull and lost my breath for a second.
