Back is still bothering me when I go heavy or do over head work. So, I pulled out the adjustable kettlebell and set it up for some lighter weight. On the scale it came out to 17lbs.

6 two hand swings
6 cleans
6 goblet squats
6 pushups

Four rounds with 45sec - 1min rest between rounds.

Had to skip any activity today due to an absolutely brutal sinus infection. Hoping to get in my miles tomorrow though.

Kettlebell work

6 cleans
6 hang rows
6 pushups
4 rounds with 1:30 rest between rounds.

My l back is tight from yesterday. So, I'm going to be doing some stretching and mobility work. I'll probably skip tomorrow to let things rest up.
