I walked .45 miles carrying 18.6 pounds in various single handed positions.

4 x 18.6lb kettlebell swings per side

The way the body works is always so interesting to me. The things that take place when diet, exercise, or both are tweaked. That said...it's funny to see the difference in appearance when you have a weekend full of carbs after several weeks of super low-carb cutting, and all the water/glycogen loss that entails.

Vestibular therapy for 30 minutes

Five kettlebell cleans per side
Ten kettlebell stiff leg deadlifts

530 feet of weighted carries
1 minute rest
530 feet of weighted carries
(Suitcase and rack position on each side plus modified shield carry 53' forward and 53' backwards for each.)
