BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Jog in place
Speed Skaters
Mountain Climbers (on the floor)
Round 2
Prisoner Squat into Calf Raise
Plank Jacks (leaning rest with legs doing jumping jack motion)
Frankenstein High Knees forward/backward through ladder
Round 3
Jog and sprawl
Spider Man planks in leaning rest
Frankenstein High Knees left/right through ladder
Round 4
Jog Hop (jog hop forward then jog hop backward)
Bird Dog Crunch in leaning rest
High Knees/sprawl
Round 5
3 minutes of bag work elbows and knees
