Down 2lbs from last week. Trying "refeeding" on Friday nights. That, along with 10 extra miles walked mon-fri in addition to the 8 miles every weekend seems to be working.
What a lovely morning for a walk. High 60s, seen a couple hawks already, and it's peaceful. Someone is burning pinyon in their firepit and it smells wonderful. The new preworkout I am using is making my ears itch...but those are the chances one takes when you go above 200mg of caffeine per serving.
