Watching that and other pro videos, im thinking im too careful with the binder, i treat it like wrapper and take a lot of care with it

Maybe if you were a little more careful with the binder you wouldn't need a wrapper or, a mold I'd bet.

This is sooooo cool ! I know the worry about waste is a noob thing, but still..... so cool.
What I had never seen before is your "magic morsel". I am going to try this next time to improve the firmness of the head. It is always a concern. You should post your video in the thread about how to get a firm head.
