Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Sounds delicious.We usually go for the flank steak, but we decided to give this flat iron a shot because it was super cheap. That was a good call.

Marinade was balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Worcestershire, honey, lemon juice, chopped garlic, shallots, rosemary, salt and pepper.
It was. You have to cook them really hot, and really quickly. Like 500+ for only 3-4 mins a side. Then cut it on the bias.Sounds delicious.
Mo butta mo bettaSome pork steaks for tonight. I like to use a little butter when i grill them like this. It makes a huge difgerence imho.
