It was a small one, and had more of a normal shape to it before it cooked - it turned into that meat-football looking thing pretty early on

Made a rub for ribs, so put two racks of ribs with the rub in the smoker. Had a venison roast in the freezer from the fall, put the same rub on that as well - as an experiment. Whoa!!! I will be doing that again. After 5 hours, both were stupendous!

Nah, i grab them from sams here in Joplin. Super cheap and already trimmed.
