BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I'll be right over.Last of the elk tenderloin, some back strap and some kabobs. Started the elk on the traiger for a bit of smokiness.

Last night was T-bones and potatoes/onions with an Italian dressing seasoning.
Tonight is salmon, shrimp and zucchini.

Tonight's dinner. 2.78# of Ribeye goodness!
Chuck roast with veggies on the grill today. No power going on 24 hours so had ti cook outside in the 95° weather. Miserable, but gotta eat and had already put roast down to thaw.
