Finished up some for the mold. A blend that i posted on the blending thread. Every 2 have different ligero’s. Debating on 1 wrapper on all or 2 different wrappers. Have some time to determine. Clipped the head and foot of each to where the body felt more sturdy and full (I believe I saw blisscigarco do this in one of his videos. Little paper molded up sticks are left over binder and leaf from the session. Nice to have on hand when you have less than an hour to smoke.

I make all my bunches for any given mold-load the same length: 1/2 inch longer than the final stick. All sticks from one bunching sesh will end up the same length, e.g. 5" robustos, etc. Simplifies the wrapping stage and makes for easier storage, easier ID, and a more attractive presentation. It's just something I do. They will be very firmly stuffed out to that +.5" length.

Sorry for the blurry pic. I was busy prepping the kamado, so didn't pay attention to my focus.

An amazing volume of smoke for such a slender stick. Hence, tons of flavor. A real faceful of smoke.

Not my blend; but quality nonetheless. A muted maduro.

Suddenly extinguished halfway thru. Dunno why. Relit easily. Flickered out again before nub. Perhaps cause we're at 84% humidity here in the DullAware jungle. It's a mystery, cause I was puffing at it both times it went out.

Have another lancero in the humi to try.

Reckon it means too much ligero in the 2nd half, which got wet.
