Hello all, haven't been on here in forever, but thought I would stop in and say hi. Right now I am smoking a 2006 Anejo. Today I celebrate two years sober, and it felt like a fitting cigar for the occasion. Have a good night.

Great idea for a thread. I havent been on BOTL for a long time, and just happened onto this thread when I googled "sobriety and cigars". I have been thinking about organizing some kind of sorbiety related cigar night. Maybe not as official as a meeting, but we will see. Seven months sober today.

I just draw the smoke into my mouth, and exhale thru my nose. I retrohale often and find I get a lot more flavor that way. I have had a few smokes that were just a little too spicy/peppery for a constant retrohale, but not many.

Saints are 0-3 on the road in the playoffs. I think Whiteherst played a hell of a game. He made it happen so he deserves the start next week.

I would say go for a God of Fire and a Casa Fuente house brand. They are over priced, but who cares, you're in Vegas. They are both great smokes. They have tons of great smokes in their humi, especially behind the iron gate. They were running a special when I was there, $20 got you a mojito...

I always carry my cigars on and havent had any problems. i bring a cheap cutter, and just buy a lighter when I get where I am going. Have fun in Vegas man, and make sure to go have a few smokes at Casa Fuente
