BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Braumeister Pils with hallertau hops. Its a series we do continually to see how different hops play in the beer. Its sort of a testing ground for hops from other farms and to test yearly changes in the harvest. Its centrifuged for some clarity but not filtered.
I am finishing up my night shift with a hour to go. Running Summer Love through filtration right now. Beer is necessary at this time in the morning.

Pils kick tonight/this morning. This time its the craft brewers conference pils. As much as I like storm king and the double ipa I still need to go home after work. A nice dry pils at 5% is where its at.

It's pretty damn awesome. I love working there, and this expansion is exciting.
It's been a challenge adjusting from San Diego to Nashville, beer-wise. The liquor laws here are weird, and I miss finding good craft beer in almost any store. Here, Yazoo beers are found almost anywhere since it's a local brewery and tonight I'm drinking their Onward Stout. Not bad, but not high on my list either. It's fun trying new stuff though.

Also, for the last week or so I have been killing the Stone enjoy by date. What a killer beer. It's been climbing the beer advocate top 250 pretty fast too. Amazing beer, hope they keep making it.

IPA with maple syrup! Where can i get me one of these lol
What is your consensus on the glass? My local bottle shop just got them in(SN version only) and have been contemplating picking up a proper IPA glass.Test run on the new glass.
