Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Unless it is an outstanding, complex cigar, I must agree.there is a point, when you are smoking a cigar for 2 or more hours, that you just become bored with it.
Ditto. A Tony Signature Soprano may be delicious but it is way too big for my liking. Any Nub cigar is just ridiculous. I want to enjoy smoking a fine cigar, not have a gigantic phallus-like object in my mouth.Anything over a 56 ring falls into the category of least favorite for me.
I don't know about peaking, but I'm not a big fan of the big RG cigars, except a few that seem to work like the EPC short run and JDN 1970.Anyone else think the "bigger and stronger" trend among cigar makers has just about peaked?

I actually don't mind a 2 hour smoke if I've got 2 hours. The big ring gauge is what kills me. Just feels big and uncomfortable when I'm puffing on it.

I'm not one for huge cigars typically, and since I almost never have the time, I seldom smoke Churchills or Presidentes.
