BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Pork butt for pulled pork.
Baby backs just went in the cooker with apple wood. The cooker is smaller so I had to split the racks which doesn't bother me
Didn't turn out bad at all. I prefer St. Louis to the baby backs though.
Nice! I prefer St. Louis also but, momma (AKA "The Boss") prefers baby backs soooo, I usually smoke BB's.Didn't turn out bad at all. I prefer St. Louis to the baby backs though.

I have this same smoke but haven't had a chance to use it yet (xmas pres and we live in an Apt). How do you like it?My first smoke EVER
