Not sure I can add anything, but Belgium was known for importing Cuban Leaf and making good cigars. So if they are old, they may be Clear Havana's and have a chance of being good. I've had some good ones from there, but most were very mild. Good luck Mitch

Wow, I know I've been so under the radar lately. Thank you all, I had a good Birthday, although I've been off the cigars of late, it's just been too dam hot to enjoy one, and I'm diving almost every weekend (Scuba) and don't tend to smoke the day or two before a dive, so that has backed me off...

Did you notice the bottom of the second paragraph says it does not include cigars? I think this is targeted at people avoiding high local tobacco taxes by having them shipped to them.

I'm going diving with friends who live in Big Pine and are teachers in Key West this weekend. Last night they said they had seen tar picked out of the ocean. I'f I see anything while diving this weekend, I'll try to get pictures. Sucks they might ruin some of the best scuba sites in my area.

I agree these need more time, the one I had was nice, but didn't stack up to the price tag.

Talk to her and find out what is important to her. My wife isn't a bling girl and talked me out of an overly flashy ring she wouln't of liked for a simple one she loves. The day I asked was on an Alaskan cruise with the next day in a port full of jewelry stores. We picked it out together.

I'm a big fan of the Blazer torches, not dressy, but works and holds a fair amount of fuel. My first one lasted almost twenty years. Second one is only about a year or two old. Search for "Blazer original cigar torch"

There is a decent chance they are legit, seems like a tripple cap, not sure anyone would go to that much trouble for such a cheap small cigar, maybe it's a switch with diffirent cigars in the cedar, but smoke them and find out.
