  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Smoking a turkey breast today. Rubbed with butter, Yardbird, apple bbq rub and smoked with a couple apple wood chunks. Dip pan with chicken stock, onion, celery, carrots, thyme, rosemary and sage for gravy. I'll baste it with with butter and a herb brush. Holding steady at 300°.

@Lomey I hate those dome thermostats bro. Idk if they work for you but just thought I'd tell you they are not very accurate. Mine is of by about 40 degrees.
