Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Finished that godawful Cookies and Cream and started a new tub of Chocolate Milk flavored Combat Whey today. It's not tasty but not horrible, which I suppose is basically like winning a Protein Oscar.
Hmmm...I think I'll give that a shot. Been using almond milk. While it's 100 percent better than using water, it's still not that great.Hahaha, good analogy!
