Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Try doing half-reps. Just hang there and go up halfway and then down, but slow and controlled. Eventually you'll get to where you can knock them out. From there, you can move to pullups!Chin-ups definitely, then. I don't think I have the upper body strength to do them though.

Hell yeah, getting some!Max Interval Circuit. 20 more workouts left until I'm done (23 days). This has been absolute hell, but I'm looking forward to seeing my final results. My diet has been squeaky clean...literally the only "cheat" I've had since i started is one shot of vodka and one spoonful of frosted flakes (not consumed together, naturally).
