Chuck roast burnt ends last night for dinner. If ya'll have never made these you need to do yourself a favor and cook some up. Don't pull the roast to cube until you hit an internal temp of 200f, then toss in a mix of your rub and sauce and put back in the cooker so it caramelizes some. Straight meat candy
