Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I used 2.25lbs 80/20 ground chuck smoked at 240 for approx 4 hours, pulled at 175 and let rest for around 20mins before slicing.Looks great! I've always wanted to do meatloaf on my smoker. How many lbs of ground beef did you use and what smoker temp, time and finished meat temp?

Next time add a couple eggs and a little heavy cream too. It may seem like a lot of moisture, but it isn't. I used almost a whole cup of breadcrumbs. It held together very well.breadcrumbs
