1) Smoked a Cruzado Marelas at a local B&M
2) Went to HomeDepot and bought a propane heater
3) Sat on my deck with my new heater and celebrated with an MC4 & a bottle of Qupe Syrah.

Had the same issue, so I started cutting dividers out of the tops/bottoms of cigarboxes I grabbed from a local B&M. Works great. Cheap way to put as many dividers per tray that you want.

Been trying some of the Ashton VSGs recently so picked up two the other day, what I believe to be the Illusions. But measured they are only 6" or possibly 6 1/8th". From what I can tell these are supposed to be 6 1/2". WTF? I figured I must have a different vitola but the only 6" one is a 56RG...
Taste and smell more things! For my job (wine) I need to be able to pick out flavors/scents so I spend alot of time tasting things like two spices or herbs next to each other to identify them blind. It's very helpful for cigars as well.

Anyone else see this one from Christies Auction on the 16th? WOW! Guess that's not too bad compared to the case of 82' Lafite that went for $29,000. Everything is expensive at Christies but out of all the lots, the Shorts seem out of whack (MC A's from 96' went for $800). :scratchhe...
Chuck, Some of the wisest words Ive seen yet. La Reqs haven't "done it" for me yet, but I will still try a few more. Plenty of PJ sticks I have thoroughly enjoyed since coming to this site, so I can live with this one not being my style.

Wow, that's dedication! I didn't even know you could do that at home. Checked out their website and it's great. ( http://www.sweetmarias.com ) Going to have to give this "home roasting" thing a try.

Ashton VSG Enchantment and a glass of tawny port. Couldn't realy get a grasp on this vitola (4 3/8 x 60 Figurado). I think I would have prefered the same ammount of tobacco in a longer smoke with a smaller ring gauge.

after a disasterous Cabaiguan Guapo Jr (basicaly unrolled in my hand halfway through) I had a quick Cabaiguan Petit (very nice) took a break and now just finnished a Essencia Corona Gorda that was nice but unexciting. Enjoy your evening brothers.

Turning out to be a beautiful day here so I am heading to the deck with a Cabaiguan Guapos Junior, a can of coke and a Patriots Football Weekly podcast (yep, from Boston originally)
Smoking my first Cabaiguan

Thanks Dave, I love your attitude and wish we saw more of that out in the world. In the Internet era though, everything changed. B&Ms need to keep that idea so their customers keep coming back in the door. The onlines just have to push out product so will price at whatever they can get. IE: I go...
No worries on that one. As weak as my will was, I couldn't justify the whole 8pack so just got them as singles.
I resemble that remark. Now I just have to resist the Siren's call of the 40th. M-U-S-T R-E-S-I-S-T

Well, I finally broke down and picked up a few Padron 80th Annis. I have been resisting their call since release due to being out of my comfort zone for pricing, but I couldn't hold out any longer and bit on the $26 tag. I have been smoking the 1964's and 1926's since their respective releases...
