    Wineador Feedback Wanted.

100% agree with this. My 28 bottle wineador has about 2lbs of heartfelt beads in it (overkill for this size I know) and has held and kept my cigars at 68-70% for almost 4 years now. Either an Oust fan or a PC fan on a timer to even out the airflow is the only other thing you need.

    Brothers who homebrew!?!

Nice setup! I just dry-hopped my 5th batch of Zombie Dust. Jdog got me hooked on this permanently. We should get together with Herfin_Harg (Max) next time I'm in Austin.

    Brothers who homebrew!?!

Mikes is the one who turned me onto the 7 gallon conical. I got mine from www.ssbrewtech.com. It's a very good conical at an excellent price. If I had the space I would order one more.

    Brothers who homebrew!?!

This is what it started off as. Ripped out all the extraneous crap. Installed 2 temperature controllers, one controls the freezer side compressor to cool the kegs, the other controls 2x120mms fans and a reptile heater to either heat or cool the fermenter. Tapped the circuit board in the...

    Brothers who homebrew!?!

Thanks! Chalkboard was bought from the Home Depot. They come in sheets and I just cut it to size. I used it as a backsplash and also to cover the hole where the ice and water dispenser was.

Looking to get a V cutter

I'm another fan of the Xikar V-cutter. Make sure its the metal bodied one. I originally bought a Wolff plastic one. Though it works and cuts well, the metal Xikar one feels much, much better in the hands and cuts extremely well.

    Netflix kinda sucks...

I've had Netflix since 2003 when there was no streaming service and it was purely a DVD-by-mail service. In that respect, it was awesome. I did the 3-DVD-at-a-time and it was literally $10.76 or something like that a month after tax. Their DVD by mail selection is still impressive if you don't...

    Kegging Homebrew help!

I know you're looking at chest freezers, but I just finished this up today. I bought it from a garage sale a few years back. I installed dual temperature controllers and I am going to use the right side to house a conical fermenter (eventually).

    BOTL Nighthawk marketing...

Actually, not really. A Form 4 from the ATF needs to be filled out along with either a verification of trust or the fingerprints and passport photos and declaration of citizenship. Cost is $200, which hasn't really changed in almost 50 years!

    Liga Privadas with +3-4 years?

I have some T52 robustos and No. 9 Double Coronas with 3+ years. I smoked one of each and they definitely mellowed out. The No 9 just seems too tame with age and the T52, while good, has definitely lost its bite. Having bought full boxes of these, I think I'm going to resign myself to just...

    South Denver shops

The Smoker Friendly on Parker and 225 used to have a decent selection. They've stopped carrying a lot of the boutique stuff. Stogies and Bogies has a decent selection in Lone Tree but of all the places I've visited in South Denver, Smoking Cave has the widest selection in highlands ranch...

My Palate is Shifting to The Dark Side

I love full bodied cigars, but found that I enjoy them best later in the day, after dinner and with my favorite beverage. Any more than one, however, and I can easily burn out my palette. If you're a 2+ cigar/day smoker, enjoy your mild-medium ones during the day, and save your heavier...
