WORST cigar you have smoked in the last year?

I'm going to have to clench my jaw and agree with 'SkinFanLarry' - I have yet to smoke an OpusX that was enjoyable. I've never bought one; made a trade a while back and took in about 7 or 8 of them in different sizes. I've never made it through more than 1/4 of one unfortunately. And a while...

    I now have a website.

Very nice products, the humidor are very nice, but those ashtrays are almost mesmerising. Someone probably already asked this, but I'm too lazy to scan through posts...is there a rough price list? Or is it piece-by-piece due to different woods used, size, etc. I also lke the quote that's on...

Nice interview; I like the new bands a lot more.

    What's the taste?

If you are really hellbent on naming certain tastes and flavors, I'd suggest going on to a cigar-review website and and smoking the cigar while you read the review for the specific cigar. I've been smoking cigars for about five years now and while I know that I don't have the best palate, I...

    Cigar Oasis

I haven't used the Ultra, but I use two XL Plus' in my mini-cabinet humidor. They work very well except I have to refill them every two weeks...when I had desktops I used Xikar/MH bricks, so it was a little less maintenance...I like them though. If I were going to change anything, I would get the...

    Tatuaje website question...

If I remember right from a video interview a little while back Pete talked about a couple cigars that were going to be made strictly for paces like Europe and the UK. I don't really remember it...at all...but maybe the Cuban retailer will just carry some off the U.S. sticks, and some of the...

Who likes mild and full cigars?

I usually smoke 3 or 4 cigars a day and I tend to sway more towards flavor than strength. I usually smoke medium to full bodied cigars. Although for my morning smoke it's usually medium bodied rather than a Cojonu or something.

Padilla Miami rated 94 by CA

Old is great, new is nice, went in on a box of torpedos with another guy a the B&M, they were really good, not 94 good, but good. The 1932s are nice in the Robusto size.

    shop closed in scottsdale?

Ford & Haig is rumored to be closing their doors, too, which is a shame cause they've been in Old Town for yeeeaaars and were really nice. So that's one more down plus the MatchStix in Chandler which recently shut their doors due to lack of sales, but people are saying he will re-open in...

    Casa Magna - Like It?

I found that the first 'sample' batch that was sent out to B&Ms was better than the shipments to follow. I bought a box originally because I liked 'em so much, then I recently ran out an bought one from a 3rd shipmet to the B&M and it tasted slightly off. Still good for the price, but didn't...

    Blue label - Don Pepin

I have to agree with 'nino on this, I am not much of a fan of this stick. I used to love the things, but they are so boring now. I can pick out any other Pepin with the exception ofthis and the ELDLH label and be happy as a clam.

    Padilla 1932

I'm with 'nino, that's an enjoyable stick, local B&M gave me one an I've been trying to track one down ever since. They only carry the '68s, which are nice milder smokes. Top of the stack are the Miamis - for me.

    J21

Told ya so! Told ya so! I love that smoke, SW isn't a good representation of the line. You get THREE black robustos. And you'll probably also get a free red label, free brown label, free cutter and free hat with the purchase of a brown label box (I went with a box of Cojonus 2003s and J21s)...

    Don Arturo Gran Aniverxario

A new-regular at the B&M bought 20 of these the other day - said another B&M sold someone the humidor, so they were trying to push the cigars as singles @ $45/stick. I still dunno if I would try at that price...

    cruzado cigars

Shades of Havana...great guys, always super nice and willing to help with anything, but with my experience, their stock is always subpar and their Padron-practice is lame. Been a while since I've been there though.
